Such licenses would help to regularize the works of contractors comprising carpenters, painters, roofers, swimming pool installers, etc. By paying a nominal license fee of $650, they can escape paying high damages when caught doing illegally. Other than ensuring that these contractors obtain an authorized license, the law would also be in a position to look into complaints against roving and unauthorized workers.

Recently I set out to upgrade our kitchen and went through the normal gutting and rebuilding of the space. We spent thousands on new materials and spent time picking and choosing them to get just the right feel for our kitchen.

After lots of work and effort, I have to admit that our completed project was just not quite ‘doing it’ for me. Something wasn’t right, but it wasn’t until a contractor friend stopped by and suggested that we add under cabinet lighting to the area that the light bulb went off…

We added some high quality under cabinet light fixtures to the kitchen and it made all the difference in the mood of the room.

Best purchase we made for our remodel…

With respect to home improvement contracts what would define breach? And would breach negate arbitration?
