How can you get rid of a cyst on your face…like an acne cyst? With no scaring? It won’t go away! Please help

I have never had really bad acne, yet lately I have had these cysts on my face that just won’t go away! They start out as bumps and then ofcourse I know I am not suppose to touch them and I don’t. It never ends up reaching a head and just stays there and becomes a cyst. The blood seems to coagulate or something. How can I stop this or make it go away? I know it has something to do with acne, but I don’t know what to do. I have tried like everything! Please help

Is it a pimple looking bump, but with a thicker skin over it? It could be whiteheads. If so I get them some times and the only thing that I found that works. Is I do the following:

you’ll need a needle, alcohol, cotton balls, mirror, good lighting, clean washcloth.

1. Wash your face & hands, then sterlize the needle tip in the alcohol….
2. Sterlize the bump on your face (becareful not to get in your eyes/nose/or mouth)
3. Gently scratch the point of the needle over the whitehead, apply just a tiny bit of pressure to break the top layer of the skin
4. Press the white part out…..
5. Sterlize the left over skin….
It will heal within 2 days (your face heals much faster than any other part of your body)…..
